Book Fair Safari is coming to Chaparral’s Library!

October 6th - 10th

Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 8:40am-4pm and Wed 8:40am-3pm

Mark your calendars NOW!  Drop in some time during the week of our book fair to see all the books and you'll be amazed at the selections we have.  Find books for everyone in your family as well as stock up on birthday gifts!  This is also a great time to help out your child's classroom by providing book donations or teacher gift certificates.  Classroom wish lists will be posted on the wall entering the library for those of you who would like to donate.  We're looking forward to seeing you there!   And remember… proceeds from the book fair are used to help support new books for our school library.

Red Ribbon Week

October 21st – 29th

Red Ribbon Week is the oldest and largest drug prevention campaign in the country.

Red Ribbon Week serves as a vehicle for communities and individuals to take a stand for the hopes and dreams of our children through a commitment to drug prevention and education and a personal commitment to live drug free lives with the ultimate goal being the creation of drug free America.

And, perhaps more importantly, Red Ribbon Week commemorates the ultimate sacrifice made by DEA Special Agent Enrique "Kiki" Camarena, who died at the hands of drug traffickers in Mexico while fighting the battle against illegal drugs to keep our country and children safe.

Family Fun Night – Spellman Magic Spectacular!

Steve Spellman and his Spellman Magic Spectacular will be joining us for an amazing evening.  This is sure to be one of this year’s best Family Fun Nights that you won't want to miss!
