PTA Programs
(2009-2010)
Following are the Programs PTA plans to offer for the 2009-2010 school year. Our goal is to offer our families many activities throughout the school year. As you will see, many of these Programs / Events could use a co-chair. If you are interested in helping to organize or co-chair an event, please contact Carolyn Beckwith (PTA President) @ beckwith@san.rr.com for more information.
Book Fair – The Book Fair happens twice a year (Fall & Spring). The library is transformed into a magical book store filled with books and other items just for kids. Students visit the fair during school hours to browse and purchase items. Parents can also use this as an opportunity to purchase gifts for the holidays, special occasions or the chance to add a book to their child’s classroom library. (Proceeds from the book fair are used to help support new books for our school library.)
